U.S. shipping

ARK Health USA's core range is stocked in the United States. We currently ship only within the United States. Standard U.S. Shipping is $6.95 for orders below $60. Orders of $60 or more qualify for Free U.S. Shipping. The threshold is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before any applicable tax. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Carrier delivery times begin after dispatch and can vary because of destination, weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for your order.

Returns

If you change your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Unopened, unused products in their original condition may be eligible for return. For health and hygiene reasons, opened dietary supplements are generally not returnable unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.

If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email hello@arkhealth.group with your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the item and packaging.
